PLEASE NOTE:
• Online CREDIT CARD transactions MUST NOT EXCEED $300; for orders that
exceed $300 please choose the direct deposit payment option at checkout.
• For security purposes Gift Cards purchased via credit card must be mailed directly to the credit cardholder’s address.
PAYMENTS MADE BY DIRCET BANK TRANSFER
• Orders paid via Direct Bank Transfer will NOT BE PROCESSED until the funds appear in our account.
Please allow 3 WORKING DAYS NOTICE prior to pick-up for seafood Platter orders paid via Direct Bank Transfer.
SEAFOOD PLATTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once payment is cleared you are able to pick-up your platters from 11AM to 5:30PM Monday to Sunday
• The Pickup time needs to be 24 hours after your order is placed (or 3 working days if paid via direct bank transfer).
• The seafood platters have a set combination of seafood and in the amounts of $30, $50 or $80,
you are welcome to order a combination of platters.

NO PO BOXES (please note we are unable to send items to a PO BOX).
